Mid/Senior Application Engineer
As an Application Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to help customer engineering teams integrate and support Krisp SDK solutions on their platforms. You will bridge the gap between the customer engineering teams and Krisp’s research and engineering teams when troubleshooting issues, building custom solutions, and promptly responding to technical inquiries.
You will be depended on to be a trustful contact and problem solver for the customers.
What you'll do
- Hands-on development using Web technologies to ship state-of-the-art Krisp SDK, which provides various Voice AI technologies, such as Noise Cancellation, STT, and Accent Localization
- Collaborate with research and engineering teams to address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, actively integrate and support new features, and resolve technical challenges
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers who are integrating Krisp SDK into their applications and platforms
- Collaborate with customers’ engineering teams to identify & understand their technical challenges, needs and wants, providing customized solutions where required
- Respond timely and effectively to technical inquiries via email and Slack, and schedule online calls if necessary to help solve real customer problems
- Create technical documentation, wikis, application notes, and FAQs when required.
What we are looking for
- Solid software development experience with JavaScript building real products is a must, as you will often contribute to feature development and custom solution implementation
- Verbal and written English proficiency is a must, as you will be frequently communicating with customers
- Customer focus, a positive attitude, and the ability to ask questions to understand customer problems and situations better are essential for this job
- Readiness to join an office-first work environment, as you will work with an extended team of Research and Engineering teammates who work from the office
- Experience working with audio stream processing in desktop operating systems or browsers is a plus
- Previous experience or knowledge of C++ is a plus.
